After prayerful discernment and thoughtful collaboration, the Board has undertaken a complete rewrite of the current bylaws. While the existing document has served us well, it no longer reflects our preferred model of governance and contains several issues with clarity and structure. The proposed bylaws are designed to bring greater transparency, alignment, and functionality as we move forward together.

There will be a special meeting held on May 8, 2025 at 1:00 PM for the purpose of discussion and adoption of the proposed Bylaws.
