Topics include:
- Ministry as a community: Ministries face the challenges of what community looks like today. When we realize that we are not serving the ministries our parents and grandparents attended, how do we engage new energy and take that next step as a community?
- Ministry finances and prosperity consciousness: Prosperity consciousness is one of the greatest challenges ministries face today. We will look at ways to engage our memberships and demonstrate a consciousness of prosperity.
- Spiritual Leadership in an election year: Are you noticing people being a little more on edge? Uncertainty creates angst. What tools do we have at our disposal to lift the veil of fear? How, as leaders, do we support our members?
- Roles and Responsibilities of the Board: This session will provide a comprehensive understanding of each role on the board - who, what, when, and how. We will underscore the importance of everyone being well-versed in all the roles and responsibilities.
- Connect with Board Members from other Unity ministries: Meeting others who serve in the same role on the board can create a greater capacity for greater connection.
This event is open to all persons serving in a leadership capacity within your ministry, especially current and possible future board members. Lunch will be provided.
