We're all ethical people, right? Yes! I believe that to be true, and..... sometimes we encounter people within our ministries who are not demonstrating their highest consciousness. Having a code of ethics that speaks not only to the minister but also the ministry can make a big difference in creating a safe and welcoming environment for all.
