Keynotes for Conference

In a world where the tension between differences is at its height, it is clear that the transcendence of separation is the major quest of the 21st-century spiritual worker. In our ministries, as we collectively dive deeper into the emergence of Divine Consciousness, we learn to honor the multi-textured nature of unity beyond the safety of sameness.  The true essence of community can be found in our capacity to meet each other at a depth that goes beyond tolerance into transcending and including our uniqueness.  In this conference, we will explore unexamined cultural narratives around the biases that hold us back from taking this leap in consciousness.  Through discussion and spiritual practice, we will reveal the gifts lying dormant within the paradox of polarity and create an inclusive foundation for reaching across apparent divides. Together we will discover the creative potency of true synergy in consciously navigating the living edges of our communities.

All participants in this conference will receive a postal mail package that includes items that you need for the experiences and practices we have planned throughout each workshop.

Holy Grail: Transcending the Masculine/Feminine Polarity in Ministry

Presented by Rev. Charli Tupper and Lisa Lee, LUT

In a world where the dominant paradigm tells us in order to win someone else must lose, it is easy to think the empowerment of the feminine will result in the fall of the masculine – yet the arrow of evolution points to unity and collaboration. In this workshop, we will examine the masculine/feminine polarities existing in our ministries and how the embracing of paradox can lead to a radical wholeness: one formed in the alchemy of divine lights coming together. Join us as we discover this holy grail of ministry, this sacred place where heaven and earth kiss.

Beyond The Binary

Presented by Rev. Dr. Jonathan Zenz

Explore the profound intersection of gender and spirituality in this transformative workshop. Delve into the rich tapestry of beliefs, practices, and experiences that shape our understanding of gender and its connection to the divine. Through open dialogue and guided introspection, we'll navigate the historical, cultural, and religious contexts that have shaped gender roles and identities. Discover how spirituality can be a source of empowerment, healing, and liberation for individuals of all gender identities - and how we, as spiritual leaders, can design our spaces to be more inclusive and celebratory of all identities.
